National Occupational Certificate: Airline Ground Crew and Cabin Crew License***COMBO COURSE***
Airline Ground Crew Operators load and unload aircraft, handle baggage, cargo and mail; conduct aircraft towing/push back, marshalling, ground support equipment and docking operations; catering; airside driving; line maintenance; passenger transfer; security; load control; aircraft dispatch; communications; and perform other aircraft ground handling services to ensure aircraft run efficiently. Our cabin crew licensing course covers all the training modules required to the South African Civil Aviation Authority for the licensing of cabin crew members. This program is designed for initial applicants for cabin crew licensing as well as re-qualification for holders of a SACAA cabin crew license. We have a fully lifelike/simulated environment. Our aircraft visitors are more frequent than the legislation requires. Four intakes per year. First intake - 27 January 2025 Payment Plan option available.

A Management Assistant has a range of skills to be able to coordinate the activities of the organisation and provide professional administrative and secretarial support to managers, either as part of a team or individually. Management Assistants can work in a variety of fields, including Information and Communication Technology, Human Resources, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations and more. Our focus is on aviation therefore Management Assistants in the Aviation and Travel industry. Our cabin crew licensing course covers all the training modules required to the South African Civil Aviation Authority for the licensing of cabin crew members. Higher Occupation Certificate: Tourist Information Officer and Cabin Crew License ***COMBO COURSE***
They assist with matters such as booking accommodation, arranging local tours and recommending restaurants and popular entertainment activities as well as providing travel, hospitality and accommodation information to tourists, distribute the correct brochures and sell souvenirs and prepare displays for the centre. A Tourist Information Officer works in a visitor information centre in popular tourist destinations throughout South Africa. A Tourist Information Officer may also start their own Tourism and Travel business in an airport, travel centre or tourism office.
